I won't lie !!

Straight off the Bat ....

I learned this strategy off someone called Stacey Martino

I had already heard this process when I received special access to one of their programs for a limited time as a bonus to some other Training I invested in as a VIP but another hands up I forgot about it until I was reminded about it just at the right time.

I wanted to throttle my partner and I was feeling so frustrated with him about something he said. Normally we are on par on so many levels but very occasionally we just don't meet in the middle on certain subjects.

Usually on the subject of my Personal Develop Passion for the LOA (but he's getting better and I Am obviously having an impact on him but don't tell him I said that)

Yet it is weird because I have seen him develop himself and Transform his views on so many subjects that interest me and this is where or why I let my guard down and boom !!

Right between the eyes !! A comment that floored me.

A lot of Personal Development Bod's say to be successful you have to eradicate all Negative people in your life but what if that person is your nearest and Dearest and on so many levels you align and feel your life is so much more rewarding and enjoyable by having them in your life?

Do you throw the baby out with the bath water?

Yes, I totally understand there are some people that are so toxic it is the only sensible thing to do and I have had both sides of that proverbial coin and that's why I know there is so much value in this relationship that far surpasses the other one on the other side of the coin in so many ways

Longevity for a start ....

The previous one lasted 12 longgggggggg years of misery

And this one is coming up 30 years and honestly I wonder where the time has gone as it seems like 5 minutes

But when I was starting out in building my dreams of an Online business I was really unsure what to do !!

We were really not aligned on this subject and told myself I could not make it work (the business that is) because of our misalignment and I stupidly told myself this for a long time and I wanted it soooo bad !!

And from what I read and heard from others I felt I had only one choice if I wanted the business

I had to ditch the relationship. But there were/are so many positives

Oh what a dilemma then on the same event that Stacey and Paul came into my awareness I heard a story by Dean Graziosi.

I was already aware of Dean and that's why I joined. That and that he was partnered with Tony Robbins and if you are speaking about Personal Development. He's the Goat !!

Perhaps I heard this story before but this time I was open and receptive. Dean, who already had successful traditional Brick n Mortar businesses said he wanted what Tony Robbins was doing and his family thought he was crazy.

Now to put a bit of context to this.

Tony Robbins was doing infomercials on US TV and Dean had seen them.

He loved them and admired what Tony was doing and he felt Inspired to do something like it.

He didn't know Tony Robbins. Didn't plan on meeting him. Just admired him and wanted to emulate him.

Remember my last edition of Amplified Empires where I mentioned Tony's words That Success Leaves Clues

As it happens because Dean took the leap and he ended meeting and becoming best Friends with Tony Robbins and they are now business partners

He says himself, he never anticipated this but imagine what would have happened if he didn't take the leap and ... he nearly didn't !!

His well meaning family actually tried to stop him. As he tells his story that catches my attention he says that his well meaning sister who he loves actually flew all the way across the country to stage (in his words) an intervention to talk him out of following his desires. They were so concerned for him.

But he said while this was going on he felt the need to go for a walk and he almost let them talk him out of it. They stated all the reasons what would happen "IF" but on that walk the "IF" thought, what will happen "IF" I don't do it kept going through his head.

And he decided to go ahead anyway and now he was/is massively successful. Living his best life serving others and has a massive heart.

And there was something in his words that gripped my heart and changed everything for me.

His whole family were so concerned they staged an intervention for him and then it struck me ...

It's not just me that receives resistance. It's not just me that is going through this.

Resistance is normal for probably almost everyone. It's just how you react to it.

You can choose to let it define you or you can ...

As I heard Kimberly Olson say much, much later after I decided to find a way

"It's better to Beg for forgiveness rather than ask for permission"

In one of my favourite books of all time "TheDynamic Laws of Prosperity"  the author Catherine Ponder suggests you actually tell no one about your plans, dreams and desires because they most likely will try to pour water on the fuel of your desires

So that is what I decided to do !!

Again I know of people of a very Masculine Motivated Energy that state your must tell the world your Intentions so that you can't back out

That kind of statement didn't align to me but one where it was advised you protect your dreams and desires while following them did.

"Yeah" you maybe saying "How can you follow them without people knowing?"

Remember "It's better to Beg for forgiveness rather than ask for permission"

Eventually the results will show for themselves that you were doing the right thing and then it's undeniable and most probably the majority of people will be onboard and be happy for you and ....

Which brings me back around to the point of this Newsletter edition

Left Hand, Right Hand !!

So imagine your left hand is the most authentic, passionate fully evolved version of you and your right hand is all the people that are not aligned to that version of you. You love them and they love you. But don't get you or that side of you and subconsciously "P on Your Bonfire"  as I call it.

Now think of, most likely your closest friends that you can share literally anything with and they are your biggest cheerleaders and you, theirs.

These are your left hand people and the others just discussed are your right hand people.

Now Imagine Your left hand and then Imagine Your Right hand and imagine you. The left hand You is talking about something you are deeply passionate about to the Right hand people who just don't get it and get that side of you.

Now Imagine you clap both hands together really loud and fast and then clutch them tight.

This is what happened when you shared your left hand side to the right hand types of people.

Boom 💥 Friction.

Instead of feeling frustrated when you share your Passions with the Right Hand Gang and they just don't get it and they can at times be darned right hurtful. Love on them and keep that part of Yourself to yourself and know that You can Go to Your Left Hand Posey and that will totally get it and have your back, be in your corner and egg you on and You them.

Just think of it like wearing different hats and it will most likely keep you sane.

You maybe thinking "Yeah but isn't that a bit deceitful and shouldn't I be able to share who I am fully Authentically with everyone?"

Are we always, always honest with everyone about everything? Don't we already put on different hats when we are around different types of people?

Say our boss, colleagues. Great Aunt Fanny who always seems to look down her nose at us regardless whatever we do.

How about Mother-in-Laws, Father-in-Laws. Our actual parents?

And finally before I depart to start next week's Edition.

Think about this ...

I recently heard it said that Trent Sheldon says "Imagine when we are born we are all born with our own unique glasses and everyone's prescription is completely different and nobody else can see what you see through those glasses because it is not their prescription

And imagine your dreams goals and desires you were born with are what you see when you put your glasses on but if someone else put your glasses on they wouldn't be able to see your desires because it is not their prescription. It's not theirs to see"

The same goes for theirs

So why are we expecting every other person to be onboard with what we desire most. They are not going to understand it. Appreciate it. Love it and feel Passionate about it the same way as you are.

So as well as using the Martino's approach when someone you love doesn't get your vibe. Don't be frustrated. Don't argue your corner. Don't ditch them. Just think. "Oh, it's ok. They have a different Passion Prescription than me."

And even better mentally repeat the Ho'Oponopono Prayer

If you aren't aware Ho'Oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian Healing, Cleaning/Clearing tool and everything we see in front of us is a representation of something within us projected out so if we decide to take responsibility for this. Cleaning on it by repeating the Prayer and change our thoughts about a subject the results we see on the outside will change to.

Little LOA, Law of Attraction 1 0 1 coming at Ya there !! 😉

And remember, I am living proof of it !!

These practices take time to adopt and building muscle memory around but if we keep coming back to them. They will become easier. The results more desirable and it all adds up. Trust me. It does all add up like I talked about it in one of my Podcast Episodes which Honestly I can't remember which one so maybe just head over to The Fab Over Forty Show and have a little binge listen until you find it.

Perhaps. Just start asking yourself? "Are they a left hand or a right hand person" before you share something with them.

Or if subconsciously you share something with them from your most authentic, true, passionate self and they react negatively, defensively etc. Just say to yourself mentally

"Ok, you are part of the Right Hand Gang. Note taken. I know You Do not have My Personal Prescription. You Have Yours and I will choose not to share certain parts of Myself with you as you probably do not with me but I Love You Anyways"

Also on the subject of Subconscious. Subconsciously seeing ALL of You may scare them a little and they are act out Fear of Losing You. Discouraging you from pursuing your dreams. Keeps the Status Quo. Keeps You Right with Them because deep down they Fear change and know they won't be bold as You and they Fear being left behind.

Then Remember ...
