Not dramatically… but deeply.

And it led me to question not just what I was building…

​But what was driving me while I built it.

Because for a long time, I genuinely believed I was building from passion.

I loved learning. I loved creating. I loved the possibility of what I was building.

But when I look back honestly…

There was something else underneath it.

Pressure.

​Not loud, obvious pressure.

But a quiet, constant urgency.

It looked like:

Using every spare moment.

Trying to make something happen.

Feeling like I always needed to be doing something

Even when I enjoyed it…

There was still a sense of: “I need this to work”

And this is the part that changed everything for me:

Pressure can feel like passion when you’re inside it.

You don’t always recognise it straight away.

​Because it can look productive. It can feel exciting. It can even feel purposeful.

But now?

The way I build feels completely different.

Same time. Same opportunities.

Different energy.

Less urgency.

Less forcing.

Less liferaft.

More clarity.

More calm.

More aligned action.

​And I love it.

The energy I brought to them did.

I’m not building to escape anymore.

I’m building from alignment.

​And that changes everything.
