When you’re building a business you love, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking you have to show up online every single day without fail. But here’s the truth…

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause.

Because of the very male orientated content and guidance I had followed in my early days of growing a Passion for Online Marketing and Building an Online Business if life did any of the below (as in all honesty, it is doing at the moment) I would feel overwhelmed and conflicted. Even slightly panicked !! Well a lot panicked because their philosophy of what works made me feel doomed to failure !!

But now I feel and belief ~ Whether life throws you a curveball, your energy is low, or you have time-bound obligations that demand your attention — stepping back isn’t a failure. It is Wisdom.

I FEEL NOW !! It’s not the thing/process itself that works. It’s the belief in the thing/process that makes it work so no need to panic if life throws you a curveball as it will undoubtedly will and you Trust the Process

There’s a saying “Life is what happens when you make other plans” so if you embrace and accept that, it creates an existence with less drama

I listened to several episodes of a very male orientated podcast one day while doing a shed load of housework

I’d much rather create content than do housework so sometimes I have to down the laptop and pick up the multipurpose cleaner (boo) so I was trying to make the tasks as productive as possible by feeding my brain until I called a halt to what was entering my awareness

​All these men were bemoaning how hard life was. How hard work was and how hard entrepreneurship was and all of these men were weirdly boasting about their very rigid (selfemposed) schedules that they advocated had to be followed that to me didn’t allow for any space for Inspiration or Creativity or Divine Guidance or Intuition and then spoke about how much they struggled when Covid happened and they were unable apply them 🧐

When you trust the process, you’re giving yourself permission to work in seasons.

> Seasons of output – where you’re creating, sharing, launching.

• > Seasons of rest – where you regroup, re-energise, and allow ideas to percolate.
