If it's any consolation or inspiration I had been blogging for several years with my blog The Law of Attraction Lover with no skill or expertise.

Inspired Action was pulling me to put my observations out there to Inspire others that it was possible to have a happy life by focusing on the things you do want and attracting them to you and Synchronicities kept popping up that led me to a Platform (wordpress.com) to be able to put my ramblings out there for free.

Then those same Inspired nudges led me more and more into the awareness of the Digital World and the Incredible Potential that lay there within.

My whole world actually changed after devastating events that led me to the book The Secret and within that book I came across a gentleman called Bob Proctor.

Sadly Bob is no longer with us and he transitioned while I was completing my own book: The Law of Attraction and Beyond with Ho'oponopono to Beat the Bullies so I have dedicated it to him and Dr Hew Len who also passed around the same time who I studied Ho'Oponopono with along with Dr Joe Vitale also from The Secret fame.

One of the things that was happening around this particularly unpleasant time, was I was being bullied in the workplace but after starting to conduct a Gratitude practice every morning. Along with other Inspired Practices my life Miraculously began to transform.

Including me Manifesting myself out of that Position, that was one of the most Miraculous Manifestations of all and truly showed me the power of focused thought but I am deviating so back to the point of this week's Newsletter ...

Bob introduced me to a term that up until that point I had never ever heard before or it had never resonated to me even if it had come up, probably because I was not ready to receive it.

That term maybe familiar to you and it has definitely become more mainstream. Particularly with the Digital Revolution but it was not familiar to me.

The Term was Multiple Streams/Sources of Income or MSi's for short.

Bob taught me the incredible opportunities when you have MSi's and how they create True Freedom but he also taught me the term time capped and financially capped.

Most of us have one source of income and that is time capped.

We work in a job and we have a salary and there are only so many hours in a day to work on that job and if we need or want more money we seek out promotions, better paying jobs or take on another job outside the first one and again that is still financially capped because there are only so many hours in a day so the opportunity to earn is time capped. Yet it is the default way most people turn too.

Want more money? Work harder and or get more jobs. But where is the quality of life in that? And I certainly am becoming more and more aware of people working past regular retirement age because they literally can't afford to quit.


Warren Buffett said "Unless You Find A Way to Make Money While You Sleep You'll Keep Working Until You Die"


Once I heard this term it never left me, MSi. It buried itself into my psyche along with the endless potential to create MSi's with Digital Platforms and Assets but I didn't know how.

A Digital Asset, if you are not aware. Is something like an Online Course or a blog (despite not knowing that at the time). A Podcast as previously mentioned in another Newsletter is a Digital Asset on a Digital Platform and so is a YouTube channel and that is where I found this little hack to write the show notes, or copy for a YouTube Video completely by accident.

The more content we can put out into the world on more platforms, the more we can raise the awareness of our Personal Brand of Passion with the world and create an Audience of people who then get to know, like and trust us and are interested in what we have to offer to enhance their lives.

But things like show notes can be time consuming to create but they are also "Gold" because that is where the Gold can lay in a piece of FREE content.

You can certainly put out FREE content for the sake of FREE content with a genuine desire to raise awareness around something you love to support others like my genuine desire for my blog. But people can also consume your free content but it can also have a CTA embedded into that Content so the consumer can choose to either take action on or not if they so desire.

Terms like "Copy" (which is just another title for the words we write or you see in advertising etc) and CTA were all alien to me until I starting deep diving more into learning the Art of the Digital World. That, I have to say was purely for my own benefits in the beginning.

I certainly didn't see myself teaching it to others or becoming a Social Media Manager in some cases as I have that have actually created even more income streams.

My first intention was to create Online Courses that could be built once and sell multiple times (even while I slept).

And in actuality a CTA or "Call To Action" can actually be a call to access more FREE content or to check out and potentially purchase a paid product and that's where the MSi's can come into play in the Digital Space because you can create Multiple Digital Products that all sit out there in the Digital Universe and you create content, marketing and CTA's to make people aware of what you have to offer.

And one month, week, day it can be one product, or it can be one offering and the next another or people can come across something you created day's months, even years ago and purchase from you because they came across you and liked what you had to offer and binged watched, listened, read what they found from you, that's why I Am such a Fan of Evergreen content.

I recently followed Inspired Action to repurpose some content (for FREE) that I had created in Lockdown to help people feel positive and focus on Gratitude (because my Gratitude Practice was the biggest game changer in my life for sure). Which I later also followed Inspired Action to turn into a Course and while sharing that content again I offered an opportunity (CTA) to purchase that course, the 21 Day Gratitude Challenge at a massively reduced price for taking part in the Free event so they always had lifetime access to the content and could implement it over and over again because repetition and consistency are the keys to success.

Like putting more and more content out with CTA's

Russell Brunson, The Goat of Marketing says if you put out a piece of content everyday for a whole year your life will be so different in a years time. So having a hack to make it faster and easier to get your message and offerings out to the world is literally priceless.

So what is the hack I learned?

Honestly I hadn’t Podcasted in a while and originally my Podcasts were purely audio. Then I saw more and more people I followed were also making there Podcasts visual and echoing them on YouTube so I started following suit.

My platform of choice I mentioned in the last Newsletter (go check it out, if you hadn't read it yet. It actually Inspired a reader to restart their podcast). Is now owned and Operated by Spotify and Spotify have created the opportunity to allow you to upload video straight to their Platform "Spotify for Podcasters" which is free to join so I now create my podcast The Fab Over Forty Show in video only and repurpose the video across both Platforms and it still comes up as audio only on other platforms like Apple Podcasts.

So the other day I felt Inspired to record several Podcast Episodes right off the bat and went to upload them to YouTube after uploading them to Spotify for Podcasters as I normally do when I spotted something that had changed during my absence.

I will pause to add here that I had noticed that other people's videos on YouTube, when I went to check out their details in their notes. The notes seemed a lot more professional and alot more "Slicker" shall I say and I wondered how they did this and now I may have found the answer.

Somewhere along the line of my learning various subjects around Digital Creation and Marketing I learned about something called "Keywords Everywhere".

PS: I have attached a link to the words "Keywords Everyone" so you can check it out and I have also added the link to the page that shows the Free account option. When I started it was always free and now there are paid versions which I have, at present not felt the need to use but you may not be aware of if you just research them yourselves and come across the home page because it is not as clear there that there is a Free version.


Keywords Everywhere is a way of finding out what other words successful people are using that are attracting people to their products and services so you can use those words to in your content if it is of similar type. (That is a very basic explaining what Keywords Everywhere can do for you but if you sign up you can research all the benefits yourself.

Because I am signed up to Keywords Everywhere it automatically comes up on the right hand side of any YouTube video I watch on my laptop and the other day when I uploaded one of my podcast episodes something caught my eye.

On top of where it says "Video Insights" in the Keywords Everywhere box I saw "Summarize This Video" and I also saw 3 icons.

One for Claude and One for Gemini and if you are not aware this is Googles AI tool and one for ChatGPT.

If you haven't signed up for ChatGPT yet I highly recommend it. Also free and also mentioned in my second Newsletter "Build Your Big Picture Reality for 2025 using AI"

I was intrigued so I tapped on the ChatGPT icon and "Oh MY Day's". Sorry but these things excite me !!

It instantly took me through to my own ChatGPT app/website browser ( I prefer browser because it is cleaner and easier to read and can still be used on a mobile device) and it took the transcription of the Video I made and turned it into beautifully written bullet points summarizing my Podcast episode.

I couldn’t believe it !!

What it did and how quickly and efficiently it did it blew my mind. Not to mention the potential.

Now I can feel inspired and blurt out a Podcast Episode in minutes if I so choose to and I have built the muscle memory to jump into Canva and create a Video/YouTube Video Cover in seconds. Put it into Present mode and hop on to my Video creator tool of choice (not required but it's what I prefer because it allows me to edit and it also allows you to become "Faceless" if that's something you desire to do because the thought of showing your face on Video completely stops you in your tracks and also prevents you from putting any content out there "EVER" !! I highly recommend it, so message me if you desire more information on this. Plus in the beginning yes, I was concerned about putting my face out there.

If I am Faceless I can just jump on, record an episode without the concerns of getting dressed up. Getting the lighting right. The face done. Hair done etc. I can literally do it in bed. Like I am doing now writing this Newsletter but I can create the Episode in minutes. Add a CTA in the Audio and say check out the show notes and then I am stalled because I have to write the show notes copy and that can sometimes take tens times longer than it actually took to record the episode. Which delays and or even halts the publishing process.

Many a podcast episode never made it to air because I never had the time to get round to creating the show notes, as I said before, where the Gold can lay and when I did get round to it I may have felt mentally the moment had passed so it just goes into the archive.

But now I can either upload the Video to YouTube and then put it into watch mode and then go on to the ChatGPT summarize button and let it open up ChatGPT and turn the Transcript into bullet points. Copy that and go back to my own Video and into edit and go into the Description box and add the Copy from ChatGPT and save or go straight to ChatGPT in the first place.

Add some simple points about the Episode and ask it to turn them into Podcast show note bullet points. Copy those and drop them into the Description boxes for both YouTube Podcast and on Your preferred platform as you create it and upload.

Please be aware I have only just become aware of the this hack and still have to learn to perfect it myself but the potentials are so amazing to save so much time. To get more content out there and more eyeballs on your amazing Offerings and content.

Also I highly recommend you still go back into the ChatGPT created notes. Check it over. You still might need to tweak it a little and you will have to add any links you have but it will still save so much time and make your Show Notes Copy look so much more professional in so little time, freeing you up to go onto the next piece of content etc.
