Hi I AM Ali and I Am Following the Inspired Action that Nudged me to Create a New Newsletter Blog Based around the Fabulous world of Digital Marketing and Tips, Hints, Hacks and Mindset Motivation to Inspire Woman Over 40 that "We Are never too Old and it is Never to Late" to Learn how to utilise the Online Space to Monetise our Passions.

That's what I do these days. Follow Inspired Actions instead of Taking Action, Action as I like to call it.

I try to act on the Sponsoring thought ASAP and Do the Do as I heard someone refer to it recently.

Meaning when we get that nudge from the Universe. A Gut feeling. Our Intuition tells us to "Do the Thing" we "Do It" before the next thought comes in and tells Us all the reasons why we can't do it or should not do it !!

Ever had one of those?

The first thought comes from The Universe, Infinite Intelligence, Divine Energy. The second is from our subconscious programming embedded in us from Society

Over a decade ago now (when I admit I was a lot more scared than I am now) I did the "Do" and started a Blog called "The Law of Attraction Lover".

I was so scared to put myself out there but the Universe kept pushing me and showing me various Synchronicities that were making it near on impossible not to, but I was scared to use my actual name so I asked for guidance of what to call the Blog and that's where I got the Divine Download to call it "The Law of Attraction Lover"

Little did I know where following those sponsoring thoughts and Doing the Do and starting The Law of Attraction Lover was going to lead me but I Am so Grateful I did

Creating content by writing is by far my most favourite type of content so it makes sense that I am here today introducing myself so we can get acquainted and you can get the "Feel" to see if I Am someone you are interested to follow and learn from

Because that's where the Universe has led me to today, in Helping Educate and Supporting Women over 40 learn about this Fabulous resource we have available to us today. The Internet and specifically Digital Platforms to Amplify and Share our Unique Gifts and Talents. Build Their Own Empires and turn those talents into Multiple Streams of Income thus Ensuring Financial Freedom Moving Forward to Retirement and Beyond ....

So who Am I and what brought me to this space today to be doing this?

In truth ..... !!!

All the Women who told me they couldn't !!!

I finally Manifested my Dream of having my own Business in my early 50's initially using social media and after learning about something called the Blue Ocean Strategy from Marie Forleo as a participator of her Incredible Program B-School I opened a Brick n Mortar business with it's own particular feel to make me stand alone from my competitors in my own Blue Ocean

Plus my own bit of secret sauce. Setting an Intention and Special energy into the Business prior to opening by following my own specifically created 5 Step Morning Routine

People would often comment on how much they loved coming into my shop and how lucky I was and in some cases ask if I had any jobs

After being a Corporate Manager for Many years prior to having my own business and managing varying size Teams and well, many varying Types of People, honestly this was not a question I resonated to but I would tell them how they could Monetise the things they loved doing using the Incredible asset available to all of Us. Social media and immediately give them hints and tips how to start

But almost immediately I would get push back. "I haven't got any talent like you" "I'm too old" etc, etc. On and on they would come with the excuses and usually many of them were younger than me and this would make me sad

One day when another customer was telling me how lucky I was but instantly manifesting a barrage of excuses of why they couldn't do what I was doing out of nowhere I asked?

Do you love cooking? Gardening? and this particular lady suddenly took in a sharp intake of breath and said "Oh my Goodness. I absolutely love gardening. It's my happy place. It's where I go to after a hard day at work"

She had become completely illuminated and animated and this incredible energy was coming from her and I started giving her tips of how she could start posting on Instagram posts of her garden and create a community of other garden lovers and give gardening hacks and then suggested some ways to monetise this page

You see. I had inadvertently become obsessed with learning about Online Marketing since realising what an absolutely incredible non negotiable asset it was for any type of business in the 21st century and that it had to be utilised

This was now what lit me up !!

I was reading and listening to multiple books, watching hours of hours of YouTube videos and investing in lots and lots of Mentorship every day, in reality to just enhance my own business but now I was sharing what I was learning with others and what most of us don't realise is what we love doing and find easy and just see as a hobby and feel has no real value others are wanting to learn from us and are willing to pay for it

But at this point the penny still hadn't dropped for me

Until one particular day ...

I was actually working on building some Online assets for myself in tiny windows of time in and around my bespoke orders and it seemed every time I opened my laptop someone would come in unexpectedly and start asking for advice about starting their own business and because I had now become passionate about inspiring the these women over 40 who were writing themselves off as to old and talentless I would give away my own gained knowledge and expertise subconsciously. Some of it that I had invested lots of money for

Then one quiet Saturday afternoon a family walked past my shop and a little girl asked if they could come in and look around. As they were leaving with a purchase and a couple orders made, what I believe to be the Grandmother very quietly dropped they were into Crafting and had a Facebook page

I said "Amazing. What's it called I will follow it and give it a share"

I actually struggled to find it and then on the Sunday the Grandmother messaged my Facebook page asking if I would look at her page and if I had any tips ...

Honestly when they sent me the link and I looked at the page I was more than a little taken aback with the quality of the posts

And they kept on messaging and just kept on messaging. All day into the evening asking questions

I thought I am not going to stop this person messaging me on my only day off unless I take some action so I said I couldn't really see their page very well on mobile but in the Morning I would go through it properly on my Laptop before I started working for the day and give them any feedback and advise I thought maybe helpful

I thought it would probably take me an hour tops .....

In actuality

It took me all day looking through the posts and writing down my suggestions to improve their page, content etc and just as I closed my laptop to go home deciding to call it a day frustrated I had invested a whole day on this and not worked on any of my own income producing tasks and not made any money someone else arrived and said they had been laid off of their job and did I think they should go full time in their cake making and resin hobbies or just get another job?

45 minutes later after discussing their options and giving them suggestions for their resin hobby for TikTok and ideas for their cake making on Instagram and them despite coming to me unannounced giving me push backs on my suggestions mentally tired and disillusioned I packed to go home

Then something made me check my messages and the lady I barely knew but had helped all day for free had sent the most amazing message thanking me for all my help and that's when I had my epiphany

I had actually loved every bit of what I did that day and I had actually gained a lot of knowledge in this sector and got quite good at it and there was an audience of people I could serve with it but ...

I was utterly insane if I kept on giving away for free the knowledge, skills and expertise I had invested hundreds of hours learning. Not to mention hundreds of pounds for

That had to stop

No more free mentorship unless it was on my terms like Online content I chose to share on subjects I felt inspired to talk about in any format that I so desired to use

Ironically one of my first paying Coaching clients searched me out on Linkedin after I closed my Brick n Mortar to focus more on my Online path after being inspired by me in one of those off the cuff conversations with complete strangers basically and after our conversation they felt motivated that very day to turn their hobby into a business

On that day the lightbulb went on and I had the epiphany of "Oh I see now! I thought I wanted to do that but the Universe wanted me to do this. And all these interuptions that I found frustrating because they were stopping me from working on my projects we actually the Universe trying to guide me in the right direction of what I Am actually meant to be doing"

There's a saying "Roadblocks are Detours in the Right Direction" and they certainly were in my case

So that's Me apart from the fact that I Am also mad about Mindset and I Am a certified Master Life Coach, Master Law of Attraction Practitioner and oh yeah. A Master Ho'Oponopono Practitioner and I honestly feel we are moving into a new Era of a More Aligned, Authentic 5D version of Activating and Building Businesses and I want to be an Advocate for that and I am Now on a Mission to Educate Women and encourage them to see that it is possible to learn about and Monetise the Online Space from Doing what we Love and Loving What we Do at "Any Age" so we can retire On Our terms instead of in Fear and Dread or worse of all, not retiring at all and continuing to participate in Jobs we loathe because we can't actually afford to retire which I see happening more and more

One last thing ....

Talking of retiring. Entrepreneurs rarely retire and as we are living longer and longer and even in our 40's and 50's still potentially have another 40 or 50 years in front of us isn't in our best Interests to find a way to Wake Up Happy doing what we love and make that thing/things our main source/sources of Income even if that means learning to Master Digital Platforms
