When it looks like nothing is happening ....

I cannot rave enough about Evergreen

Evergreen makes so much sense to me

There are several events in my life that have been so impactful that I knew nothing was ever going to be the same for me again

But little did I know how impactful the word "Evergreen" was going to be for me.

Having my first Brick n Mortar business for me was inadvertently going to create my Passion for the Digital Online Space especially around Marketing and I came across a book and to be honest, i'm not sure how and it introduced me to the concept of Evergreen practices and content.

That book was Traffic Secrets by Russell Brunson and from then on I immersed myself into the world of Russell Brunson and I am so Grateful I did because in my eyes he is "The Goat" of Marketing and how to build a business you love from scratch and You need invest in his world if you want to be successful and that can start by getting your own FREE copy of Traffic Secrets by tapping either book titles.

So what is Evergreen and why does it All Add Up?

There are various descriptions and articles on the internet which some, in and of themselves are Evergreen content.

In this day and age if we want an answer to a question we usually google it and then information surrounding that topic pops up

These pieces of information are an example of Evergreen and they maybe a blog post, YouTube explanatory video etc that can be several years old.

A basic explanation is Evergreen content is content that remains relevant and valuable for a long period of time. Provides value, solves problems, educates around a timeless topic or niche subject and is not subject to current trends.

Here today, gone tomorrow ...

In this day and age of stories that last 24 hours and being at algorithms mercy of who see’s our message every Evergreen piece we create is building a brick in our Freedom Empire

It’s building a Foundation

A body of work

A back catalog if you will

And to be honest in the beginning people might not even know you exist or have created anything and then one day they find you.

Like what you say and how you say it and then boom. They are binge watching, reading, listening to everything you have already done

And the beauty of this?

In the beginning we most probably as Garrett J White says. "Really suck"

But he also says if you keep doing it you will suck a little less and a little less until one day you stop sucking and get really good

Steven J Larsen who was a massive fan of Russell Brunson and even got his dream job working for him until he left to work on building his own business said he found Russell Brunson's podcast and was in the position (literally sitting at a desk opposite him) to say

“Dude, in the beginning you really sucked then suddenly around episode 49 you found your stride”

And Steven admits he binged listened to everything he created right from episode 1 after maybe finding him at episode say 100 for example

But that’s the issue. Most people won’t pursue past the sucky stage but we need to practice something to get better at it and build the Confidence muscle and the Muscle memory so it gets easier and easier and it's ideal to do it thinking ...

"Actually no one is listening, reading, watching anyway. right now so I might as well just go for it"

And when they find you later down the line you won't care anyway because "Creating Content" is just something you do.

It becomes normal, feels normal.

Some people reading this might be aware of Evan Carmichael who is a huge Motivational Influencer and I heard him speak Live as a guest at a Digital event I was attending by someone who I first saw on "his" first Speaking tour in a small Hotel room in Cardiff and my best Friend and I drove to see him.

Now he is a Global Speaker. Stands on the most prestigious stages in the world. Gets approached by the most notorious Global Motivational speakers in the world who want him to speak at their events and them his.

The likes of the late Great Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield, Les Brown, Evan Carmichael etc and when he interviewed Evan. Evan said in the beginning when he started his YouTube channel no one was listening but he just kept showing up and kept talking because he felt it was his purpose but when people see Global Superstars in their Field, people don't see them as someone who no one showed up for and Evan suggested however bad you think it is, always keep everything you create because while you think it sucks someone will absolutely love it.

The actual organiser of the event said their greatest regret was deleting early recordings of their original work

Don't be that person

Start creating Evergreen content

Do it when no one is listening, reading, watching and do it from Your Soul. Your most Authentic self and that will Attract Your Soul Aligned Tribe

Let it All Add Up !!

For me personally when I think about Evergreen content I think of things like podcasts, Youtube videos, blog posts.

I started a blog over a decade ago without even knowing what Evergreen content was and every blog post is still out there and despite not writing on a regular basis now I am not worried because I built a body of post's and people reading them probably don't take any notice on what day of what year it was written.

This is not an exhaustive list but you may have picked up on that there is an avenue and platform for everyone to share in a way that feels comfortable to them.

Amanda Frances who you may probably know by now, I love says when you are working on Manifesting Your Dreams even when it looks like it is not happening every action step adds up. Every single thing adds up.

Every meditation. Every Prayer session. Every Journalling session. Visualisation all adds up towards Manifesting Your dreams and I believe it is the same when you are following Your Passions and True desires to create content and build a Dream Business Online

And I feel Evergreen content builds a lasting strong Foundation and every piece of content is another brick and another until one day you suddenly find yourself metaphorically standing in the Corner Office in the Penthouse Suite of Your Own Empire Building living your Big Picture Reality.

If you have already started creating content and don't feel you are getting any results just remember. It may look like it is not working but it all adds up and if you haven't even started but something in your Soul is pulling you forward and you found this article just start playing around with ways to express what is coming through you knowing in your heart it is all adding up.
