How do I know?

Because I have literally heard multitudes of Women come into my Brick n Mortar Business saying they wish they had what I had and then immediately putting up these "False Beliefs" disguised as "Objections" when I offered ideas to get them started

Let’s talk about Fear.

I Am Passionate about bringing Fear out in the Open for the Nasty Detrimental Stealer of Dreams it is ....

Not the loud, obvious kind—but the subtle, sneaky voice that whispers:

“Who do you think you are?”“That ship has sailed.”“Stick with what you know.”“Play it safe.”

For many women over 40, this fear is disguised as logic. Like is was for these women and I Am guessing Millions like them

It sounds responsible. It sounds rational. But it’s not the truth.

The real truth? You’re not too old. You’re not too late. You don’t need thousands of pounds or a tech degree to start.

I should know—because I started at 51.

I was working in my business, living life, juggling responsibilities like everyone else. But I knew I wanted something more. Something mine. Something "MORE" meaningful.

Finally becoming an Entrepreneur at 51 (instead of an Intropreneur, giving all my ideas to employers) was a dream come true as I had longed for it since a Teenager but I had a mother who out of Love dampened my dreams and forced Me to "Play it Safe" with her "Logic"

Stop before I started to avoid disappointment !! and like a good girl I obliged (well past teenage years)

And then suddenly 'We' have responsibilities. J.O.B's, Bills. Husbands. Children. School runs, after school clubs. Washing, drying cooking and who are we to put "Our" desires first?

And before we know it ...

Decades have past

But within those decades we have gained valuable skills. Life lessons. Become stronger. More self assured in our abilities but

I know from experience when we decide to put our desires first that ugly Fear thing raises its head and starts on with it's yahdy, yahdy, yahdy !!!

Now is the time to pull "FEAR" out of the closet. Hold it up to the light and politely but firmly tell it "To FxxK Off"

Say "I know what you are trying to do but you can do one because I have wasted to much time and now it is, MY Time. I Am Valuable, I Am intelligent and I have Gifts that I need to share with the world. People are waiting for what I have to offer!"

Today, I’m 59 and I am actually grateful to those women who said "No" to themselves

Today, because of them I Am building something more meaningful. A Brand that’s Soul Aligned, flexible, and fulfilling.

Was it always easy? No. But was it worth it? Every single second.

Honestly !! Having a Brick n Mortar business was hard. Time consuming and making me time bound. Landlocked and Financially capped and I could not live with myself if I encouraged others to fall into the same trap

So I started to work on building a business Online at the same time using a model that would give "ME" location, time and eventually financial freedom. The Network Marketing model and I was using automated systems.

That's where the "hard" part came in.

While I saw the potentials of creating automated systems I had no frame of reference for them. I had no muscle memory and I was using tiny pockets of time to create them and it was taking monthsssssss !!

Not only because I was learning everything from scratch but ...

Because it seemed like every time I pulled my laptop out someone would come and interrupt me asking for my advise

Which I gladly gave for FREE may I say because I wanted people to wake up happy

And then one day the penny dropped

Through all the courses I was investing in, Trainings. Books, podcasts and multiple hours of implementing etc I was actually get good at this 'stuff' and here I was giving all these gained skills away for free (numpty)

This had to stop 🛑 Also I realised I had to stop with the route I was going down and start working on creating 'Things' for Women who are once what I was and prove to all those women who were cutting off their capabilities ...

If I can, they can and here I Am

The sad truth is ....

Some of those women who told me they were too old were actually in their 30's.

Can you believe that? Thinking life is over and your dreams are over in your 30's

We are now living even longer and healthier and potentially at 30 it is not unreasonable to think someone has another 70's years still left to live.

Can you imagine living an unfulfilling life for another "70" years?

Even at 50 that's another 50 years of suppressing what you came to give and who you came to serve.

Can you see now why I Am so Passionate about helping Women over 40 and calling the crap out that is really just Fear disguised as a multitude of BS?
