When I was in eComme combined with Physical Brick n Mortar business I thought I would never go there again !!!

Land locked. Time bound. Income capped while I physically sat and created the product and awaited sales, collections and packed and posted orders

Christmas was crazy but in actuality began around August and then was a 7 day a week onslaught right up to about 4pm on Christmas Eve where by I just wanted to lay down in a dark room and forget all about Christmas

For several years we never got round to putting up a tree and our Christmas presents were vouchers as we never seemed to find the time to do our own Christmas Shopping

And one year .....

We told one set of kind relatives that invited us around for Christmas Dinner "Thank you kindly but we have already accepted the invitation to go to XYZ's"

And then told XYZ "Thank you for your kind invitation but" you get the picture when in reality we just stayed at home with the curtains closed watching TV in our Onesies and eating a Christmas Dinner on lap trays. Divine

Then I set and intention that I would not spend one more Christmas in my Brick n Mortar

I told no one of this decision and my desire was to go location free with Digital Products

I used an exercise I call "Switch it to Ditch it" which can be found in one of my Digital Creations "The Law of Attraction Lovers Club" and accessed for Free if you wish to try it out

And in actuality I did work one last Christmas but it was pretty painless and I trusted Universal Timing as the way everything was panning out for me gave me "Faith in the Unseen"

Then fast forward to now and I don't know why I felt a pull towards eComme again but I knew it had to be the right way and the right Vehicle but as usual the Universe has over delivered and literally blown my mind

Now I am viewing eComme in a whole different way and I think after you have read this Edition of Amplified Empires I think you will too ....

I personally find in general judging by their conversations people long for a time that has long since passed that they romanticize as being the good old days where they have forgotten how difficult it perhaps was and mumble things like "What has this world come to?" "It wasn't like this in my day" like the tribulations we see all over our newsfeeds never happened until now. What I think is really happening it the majority of people fear change in the hope if they kick and scream against it enough they can somehow halt it's inevitable trajectory

The most brilliant Minds and agents of positive change have been vilified, branded insane, attempted to be shamed and even imprisoned, tortured and killed in some cases and it still goes on today in some shapes and form yet after a while their ideas and inventions impregnate our reality, enhance our lives and become part of our normality and what was once fought is embraced and enjoyed

Yet still over and over. At first a great deal of kicking and screaming occurs

I tell people I closed my Brick n Mortar because of the effects of Covid and in a lot of ways it is true and just easier to say but I was actually mentally done with that business before Covid was even a thing

Don't get me wrong. I AM so grateful for that business as I see it as all part of the 5D plan. It taught me so many things. Created my passion for Online Marketing and where I first saw the potential for it and led me onto so many incredible opportunities and also what I didn't want to see what I did want

But when I was closing my store all the other store holders around me begged me to stay and promised me that the footfall would come back and a new development close by would bring the customers back but I felt different

I personally felt the demographic had changed and the death of the majority of Brick n Mortars is upon us and the footfall wouldn't come back and the sooner people see it instead of bemoaning how many shops are shutting down and how terrible it is and they swallow the Red pill the better

The people who opposed Online shopping were forced to embrace it during lockdown and then saw the massive potential to hop on their phone and order something from their sofa while they binged on Netflix's knowing it would be hand delivered to them the next day without the hassle of social distancing queues and the fear of being infected and what was once "Vilified" now became the norm and now seeing the benefits wouldn't return to the old way

The old for me was seeing people happily walking around town on a Saturday afternoon as the norm and falling upon my store by chance and engaging in conversation then a purchase (or two) and an order (or two or three) that built a relationship that turned in to regular client had gone

I saw people just popping out to do the minimum. Say go to the bank and the chemist and then shoot off home like a rat up a drainpipe with no passing Go and certainly no stopping

Talking of regular customers. I had a more elderly regular customer who always came into visit to make her purchases and orders, order online and I notified her, her order was ready we arranged a date and time to collect.

I usually had my head down. Engrossed in some type of detailed work when people came in and one afternoon the door opened and shut rather rapidly and I looked up to see this lady with her back against the wall looking very nervous and her eyes flitting around like she was being chased by an axe murder and expecting them to appear any second

I asked if she was ok and showing me her shaking hands she said "This is literally the first time I have been out of my house in over a year" and she was quite clearly petrified

I spend a lot of time on my Mindset and have a five step Framework Morning routine that I inadvertently created by accident that I call MY Wake UP Happy that I did every morning before I started work so I wasn't really affected by Fear of the Pandemic and I never watch the news so I suppose this ladies reaction shocked me because I hadn't let it impact me like it had her but her reaction stuck with me ever since that day to the reality of how some people were feeling

Also talking to Clients and Customers after lockdown they wanted something different out of life.

They wanted to stay at home more with their loved ones. Quit the job they hated but could no longer tolerate. Follow the dream

I just felt the closure of shops that didn't withstand the Pandemic was going to be a common occurance and we only have to visit "Any" town and see this played out. The other day I heard a statistic that said "By 2027 another 50,000 US stores are believed to will have closed due to spending shifts"

That's just the US and that date is not that far away

So what's the alternative?

Spending shifts. I like that term

People have shifted spending their money from visiting physical retailers and all the hassle of traffic issues, parking. Find it, paying for it. The fuel required to get there and back not to mention the time to Online retail options and according to recent figures published by looking at the current trajectory it's forcast that by 2027 (by which time those 50,000 US physical stores are closing or closed, Global Online Retail sales are projected to reach around $7 Trillion. Yes that's Trillion with a T and that is seen as conservative and predicted to hit $8.09 Trillion by 2028 with no sign of stopping

Most of us will be very aware of Amazon but while the main precursor to Drop Shipping it is definitely not the only method or format.

And this is where I get on to living outside the Matrix

What do I mean by Living outside the Matrix

I know a lot of people automatically think of the Motion Picture Movie with the Red Pill and the Blue Pill when they hear that word but for me The Matrix is the people who fear change and take the most time persuading to embrace it and who Vilified it without Due Diligence very loudly

And living outside the Matrix are the people who see that massive potentials of it and embrace it wholeheartedly

But there is another level to living outside the Matrix

Where I once avoided eComme and saw it as my prison. Now I see it as my saviour to living my desired life of Location, Time and Financial Freedom

I saw creating product and having to be around to sell it or deliver it to its new owner entrapment

Having to purchase lots of base merchandise to convert it into my product a Financial Headache and Heartache

Not to mention storing it etc

Open the doors and hope enough people come in to keep the lights on and pay the bills. Cut of your income stream when you turn the lights of at night until your return the next day. Not to mention the amount of income lost if you are ill or a loved one is ill or you dare to take a vacation
